Check out the communal kitchen as it offers a great way to save on dining costs and connect with fellow travelers.

missingWrote a review on Dec 04friendly staffgreat locationshort bedminor inconvenience
Had a solid stay, but the bed was a tad short for this tall bloke. On the upside, the staff were super friendly and the location made it easy to explore Newcastle.
-
missingWrote a review on Nov 27room cleanliness
Room cleanliness was questionable, with dirt visible and cushions showing stains. A broken bedside table and a shower screen that fell off are clear signs of neglect. The TV was poorly positioned behind the beds, making it difficult to watch, and lack of a remote added to the frustration. I felt the price of £270 for two nights with a shared bathroom was too steep for the overall condition of the room.

had a mint time at clifton hotel newcastle! our 8-person suite was cleaner than expected and perfect for a lads weekend. the owner, andy, was a top bloke, making sure we had everything we needed. it was close to the bus stop for easy access to the city center, which was a huge plus.
would recommend.

missingWrote a review on Oct 08character buildingnoise disturbancescleanliness issues
Proximity to nightlife, affordable overnight rates, unique character of the building
Noise disturbances from late-night patrons and poorly positioned TVs!!! Cleanliness could be improved, especially under beds and in shared bathrooms!!! The check-in experience was confusing and not timely!!!

missingWrote a review on Oct 01friendly staffnoisy atmosphere
The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, though I found the
Bar area quite lively in the evenings. The location made it easy to explore the nightlife, but it got a bit noisy late at night. The warm staff were a highlight. I had a pleasant stay and would return.

missingWrote a review on Jul 10comfortable bedsfriendly staffinoperable tvnoisy bardated decor
The spacious room featured incredibly comfortable beds and thick duvets, making it hard to leave. While the TV was not operational, the wide-opening window effectively blocked outside noise, allowing for restful naps. Shared bathroom facilities were clean and readily available, adding to the convenience. The friendly staff were exceptionally accommodating. the bar area's noise from late-night patrons could be disruptive, and the overall decor felt somewhat dated.
